Terms and Conditions​​​

​Casual Visits​

  • Casual Visits are valid for 1 class only and can be rescheduled for up to 1-month from purchase date. 

Class Passes:

  • Passes are valid from the start date of your choice- selected at the time of purchase. Please note that you will not be able to make bookings until your pass activates on the start date you have selected.

  • Pass expiry periods are as follows:  Intro Pass is valid 3 weeks, 6-Class Pass is valid 2 months, 12-Class Pass is valid 6-months.

  • Credits expire and can no longer be used from your expiry date onwards. The expiry date is the date it expires- not the last date of use, so please ensure bookings are made before this date. 

  • Passes and class credits are non-refundable and cannot be reactivated once expired. Any remaining unused sessions will be forfeited if not used within the allocated time shown according to your pricing plan.

  • Extensions prior to expiry may be granted under management's discretion.

  • Class credits cannot be shared or transferred to another client.

Memberships

  • All memberships are for a 13 week minimum period from your first regular debit date, after your initial sign-up payment.

  • Memberships will continue after your initial 13 weeks, without need for renewal, until you decide to cancel/terminate the contract.

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time after your minimum contract period with 2 weeks written notice. 

  • You can temporarily pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks per 6-month period. Please note that no more than two suspension requests will be approved within each 6-month period, which runs from January 1st to June 30th and July 1st to December 31st. 

  • Please provide a medical certificate if you require additional suspension extensions for medical reasons.

  • During any suspension, you will not have access to your membership. Any attempts to book classes during your suspension period must be paid separately at the rate of our standard class pricing, and can not be used for the purpose of catching up on missed classes. 

  • Any holiday suspension periods will be added to the minimum term of your contract. 

  • Ettalong Yoga may temporarily suspend memberships in the event of a closure (holidays/ mandated closures), and members will not be charged during this time. 

  • All booking and cancellation policies apply to members as per the conditions stipulated below. 

  • Class credits cannot be shared or transferred to another client.

  • Class Credits are subject to booking availability and will remain active and available for booking until your next round of credits drop- according to your membership type/debit frequency. Previously unused credits will not roll-over or be made available again for booking if unused in the debit period set out in your debit schedule.

  • Class credits are only valid whilst your membership is active and will be forfeited once membership is cancelled.

  • ​Early cancellation/termination before your minimum term is complete can be requested and paid out at 50% of the remainder owing under the initial contracted period. In this instance, your membership will be canceled as soon as your final payout is received. Payouts will not be transferred to additional class credits. Any attempt to use your membership to book classes beyond your final billing cycle will incur the standard casual class rate.


Booking Your Class Credits

  • Class Credits can be used towards all regular classes on the Ettalong Yoga timetable. (Excludes speciality classes and events such as our Monthly Events, Family Yoga and Private Yoga classes etc)

  • Class Credits need to be pre-booked and are subject to booking availability. (Please ensure you continue to complete scheduling your booking after your payment has been successful when purchasing a new pricing option via the timetable.)

Class Policies

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to avoid disrupting other students with late arrivals, or being locked out of the class.

  • Mats and props are provided or you are welcome to BYO. Please use mat sprays provided after using.

  • Classes with less than 3 students pre-booked may be cancelled by Studio Management prior to the scheduled class time, with as much notice given as possible to any registered students. In the event that classes do not go ahead, you will be notified by staff via your contact phone and email address provided. In this instance, your class credit will be returned to allow for re-booking, and pass extensions may be requested if needed.

  • Ettalong Yoga reserves the right to periodically change or alter class times on the schedule. As much notice as possible will be given to advise of any changes to our regular timetable.

Cancellations by Client

  • Early cancellations- If you are unable to attend a pre-booked class, please cancel yourself online/via the app within 3-hrs of the scheduled class time to avoid late cancellation and loss of the class credit. 

  • For late cancellations (less than 3 hours), we appreciate you letting us know if you cannot make it via text or email so we know whether or not to expect you, and so your spot can be made available to someone else.

  • Cancellations are the responsibility of the client. 

  • Cancellations should be made via our Website Portal or our Spaces by Wix App

  • If cancellations cannot be made yourself via the website/app, Ettalong Yoga will need to be notified via email to hello@ettalongyoga.com.au at least 24 hours prior to the class or appointment. Alternatively, clients can call or text 0432 065 059 to make the cancellation. 

  • Cancellations can not be made via Social Media platforms such as Facebook Message and Instagram Message.

  • Unlimited Members' failure to cancel within the 3-hour cancellation window may result in a $10 late-cancellation charge.​​​​​

Private Classes (Appointments) 

  • Private Classes are personalised classes where a client and an instructor work individually or in a group, by request.

  • Private Classes can be either 45, 60 or 90 minutes in duration. 

  • Private Classes must be pre-paid before attending, as an individual session or package.

  • Private Class passes are non-refundable unless under extenuating circumstances. 

  • Private Classes will be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations (less than  24-hours notice), unless under extenuating circumstances.

 

Gift Vouchers 

  • Gift Vouchers can be purchased for a nominated amount.

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the sale date.

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
