Yogi Kids (ages 8-12) - Easter Holiday Class

Yogi Kids is a balancing mix of play and zen. A fun Easter Break session, starting off with sensory Yogi group games, mixing in an easy flow, and ending in grounding relaxation with sound bowls!

This session is run by Louisa, one of our Yoga teachers here at Ettalong Yoga. With her background as a primary school teacher and a previous career in theatre in education, Louisa has a loving interest in creativity and play in early child development.
