About the event
The Yoga Teachers Circle at Ettalong Yoga is a space for yoga teachers to connect, learn, share, and evolve together. It’s like a yoga class meets teaching lab and mentoring session, where we come as equals to explore yoga and deepen our understanding of the practice.
This session we welcome Rachelle Stevenson as our guest teacher, leading a class themed around Awakening Shakti: The Fierce Feminine Within
Shakti is the dynamic, creative life force of the universe.
This class is an exploration of moving Shakti energy through the body, fiercely strong yet steady and flowing, where power and fluidity exist together in an embodied experience held with steadiness and awareness.
Rachelle weaves together mantra, kriya, breathwork and asana to awaken the inner fire, guiding it into containment and a grounded sense of authority and intuition, supporting a deeper connection to the feminine within.
