About the event
Our session begins with 90min Yin/Restorative Yoga practice, designed to melt away all tension from body and mind. This gentle style of practice provides the perfect opportunity to calm the senses and drop into a blissful state of embodied awareness.
Next, soothe your soul with a blissful crystal bowl Sound-Bath Meditation, which will leave you floating!
Our workshop will conclude with a chance to enjoy a herbal tea with the group and sample some homemade raw chocolates.
