Let the sound vibrations travel through the different energy centres (chakras) while you ease into the delicious yoga postures, followed by a deep sound meditation. The sonic journey has been mindfully crafted to balance your energy centres and cultivate a deep feeling of peace and serenity.
We have curated a 90min yoga experience where you will be guided by a solo piano performance that has been inspired by the seven chakras. The chakras are part of our subtle body anatomy, the energetic openings for energy to flow into and out of our auric field. Explore and transform your energy centres and discover the healing power of our seven glowing jewels!
