Join us on Saturday, 16th May, from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm at Ettalong Yoga for another soulful yoga experience.
The intention: to unwind, smooth out the creases, and soften your nervous system to the soothing sounds of RnB.
We’ll blend gentle, fluid yoga with juicy isolations, creating a beautiful flow that invites connection and relaxation.
