About the event
Welcoming guest teacher Lauren Pasas who will be joining us at this month's Circle to introduce you to 'Somatic Facilitation'.
Somatic Facilitation is a body-based approach to therapy that supports us in guiding others (and ourselves) through a process of deep self-inquiry and capacity building with the information we receive from a visceral level.
Through conscious movement and somatic exploration, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself as you learn skills for developing a relationship with your nervous system while building on your capacity for presence and the embodiment of your truth.
Your own somatic awareness and truth is what will guide you toward the essence of your work within the work. When we teach and facilitate from this space of 'truth' and 'knowing', our message becomes clear and directs us toward the people that are ready to receive our work in the world.
