About the event
Join us in a nourishing afternoon of ceremonial cacao and Sacred Breath Work. In this 2.5-hour immersion Rochelle will gently guide you through a heart-centred cacao and intention-setting ritual, grounding meditation and Sacred Breath Work Journey. Sacred Breath Work is a type of conscious connected breath work which aims to regulate our nervous system. It incorporates a mix of breath, sound and movement and through this process the body is able to somatically unwind. Participants may have a range of experiences such as, deep relaxation and meditation, emotional release, entering a dream-like state where there are visuals and feeling different sensations in their body or the need to move or make sounds.
What to Expect
Exploration of the Sacred Breath Method with demonstration and questions
Cacao ritual – grounding and setting intentions for the journey
Sacred Breath Work for 50mins approx.
Integration – A time to journal and process
