Join us on Saturday 12th September, 4:30pm–6:00pm at Ettalong Yoga for a soulful movement experience unlike any other.
This immersive experience blends yoga and somatic dance-inspired movement set to soulful RnB, giving you permission to move with freedom, play and reconnect with your sensual side.
The intention is simple: to unwind, smooth out the creases, soften your nervous system and melt into your body through fluid movement, breath and music.
We'll weave together somatic yoga and dance-inspired movement yoga, creating a slow, sensual flow that invites connection, expression and ease.
