Join us for a cosy evening filled with warmth and community. Starting with a Cacao Ceremony and Heartfelt Intention Setting. Dress in your PYJAMAS or the comfiest loungewear for this relaxing slumber party atmosphere!

Experience a heart-opening cacao ceremony, as we come together in reflection, Revisiting your personal Sankapla heartfelt vow, intention, or resolve from the challenge or hold space to create one, allowing it to evolve and guide you in this sacred space.
Enjoy 2-3 yin holds to connect with your body encouraging stillness and presence within. Enjoy optional hands-on assistance and energetic support.
Yoga Nidra ~ Concluding with a soothing Yoga Nidra session led by Brooke, complemented by a sound bowl Healing for deep relaxation and integration.
