We’re doing it again! After a SOLD OUT event last year, Kim & Brooke are back for this dreamy, deeply restful community evening, raising funds to support children's education in India through the power of community.
Join us for a cosy evening of warmth, connection and deep rest. Come dressed in your pyjamas or comfiest loungewear and settle into a nourishing slumber-party atmosphere designed to soothe your nervous system and open your heart.
Together we'll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and gentle intention setting, creating space to clarify your Sankalpa—your heartfelt intention to guide you forward. From there, you'll be guided through a handful of nourishing yin postures with optional hands-on assistance and energetic support, before melting into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra accompanied by the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
Leave feeling deeply rested, grounded and connected, carrying the essence of your Sankalpa into everyday life.
