Expectant mothers are cordially invited to embark on a unique prenatal yoga journey with Paige.

As a mother herself and currently expecting, Paige brings a deeply personal understanding to the journey of pregnancy. This five-week course integrates the comprehensive insights of a seasoned registered nurse with the expertise of a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, a meditation guide, and a birth & postpartum doula, offering a holistic and empathetic approach to prenatal care.

Week 2: Soothing Transformation 🌊✨

Date: Sunday, May 19

Concentrate on movements that bring relief to common pregnancy aches, integrating flexibility and comfort. Experience the soothing power of movement to support a smoother pregnancy journey.

Week 3: Cultivating Resilience ✨

Date: Sunday, May 26

Build physical and mental strength with exercises inspired by pilates and yoga. Prepare for childbirth with practices that embrace inner peace and balance.

Week 4: Preparing for Birth 🌀👶

Date: Sunday, June 02

Focus on mindful movements and breathing techniques designed for labour and birth preparation. Learn strategies to manage discomfort, empowering you with confidence.

Week 5: Deepening Bonds 💖👶

Date: Sunday, June 09

Enhance the connection with your baby through mindful movement and meditation. Celebrate the profound bond and growth that unites you and your child.

Please note: There will be no practice on Sunday, May 12, in honour of Mother's Day, allowing everyone to spend this special day with their family.

Pricing: $125 for the complete 5-week course or $29 for casual attendance*.

*Note: The full course will proceed with a minimum of 5 registered participants, ensuring an intimate and supportive setting.
