Ettalong Yoga is proud to introduce a pioneering Postpartum Yoga Programme, uniquely designed to centre and celebrate new mothers on the Central Coast. Unlike traditional "mums and bubs" classes, our programme offers a dedicated space for mothers to focus on their own recovery, strength, and empowerment, welcoming non-crawling babies into a peaceful and supportive environment. 💖

Meet Paige Isley, Your Guide to Postpartum Wellness

Leading this transformative journey is Paige Isley, a compassionate and skilled instructor whose credentials speak volumes of her dedication to maternal wellness. Paige brings a rich tapestry of expertise as a Registered Nurse, certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, experienced Birth and Postpartum Doula, and a nurturing mother herself. Her decade-long experience in maternal health and wellness, combined with her personal journey through motherhood, equips her with a profound understanding of the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of new mothers.

🌱 Week 1: Reconnecting with Your Body

Begin your postpartum yoga journey with a gentle reintroduction to yoga practices that focus on core and pelvic floor strengthening. These sessions incorporate relaxation techniques to alleviate stress, laying the foundation for physical and emotional recovery.

🌿 Week 2: Strengthening and Nurturing

Dedicated to building physical strength and nurturing emotional well-being, the second week promotes recovery and deepens the mother-baby connection. Through targeted yoga practices, new mothers are empowered to embrace their changing bodies and nurture the bond with their babies.

💧 Week 3: Flow and Flexibility

Enhance your movement's fluidity and flexibility in the third week, with yoga sequences designed to support your postpartum body's needs. Integrated mindfulness practices foster mental health, supporting mothers in finding balance and peace during the postpartum phase.

🌸 Week 4: Celebrating the Journey

The final week is a celebration of your postpartum journey, emphasising body positivity and empowerment. This culminating session integrates the programme's teachings into a holistic flow, honouring the strength and resilience of new mothers.

PRICING:

- Program Fee: $100 for the entire 4-week program.

- Drop-in Fee: $29 per session, offering flexibility for new mothers.
