About the event
Abria will be offering an inspiring experience that will initiate the healing powers of elements: Light, Sound & Water as this healing session integrates meditation & prayer with water & visualisation through breathing & dreaming simultaneously. It’s the activation & ability to integrate and intentionally utilise our subconscious mind while in a deep state of relaxation may allow us to open a pathway of healing through imagination & acknowledge our inner child which is key in remembering to be playful & gentle within our minds.
The 90-minute experience will begin with preparing the body & mind to connect with the elements of water & sit in sound with Abria which will integrate Blue Lotus Tea & will open space for lying down under a powerful LED technology light lamp that stimulates the pineal gland to energize & circulate dimethyl tryptamine (DMT) through the mind offering an opportunity for people to…
