In a world that constantly asks us to do, be and become, HELD is an invitation to simply arrive. This is a container for full expression, a sacred space where you are held in all that you are, with everything you bring, and everything that arises.

Over two hours, we will weave together the deep, grounding release of Yin Yoga with the transformative healing power of Reiki and Sound.

In this journey, we move away from the idea of "doing". As you settle into stillness, guided through a series of Yin postures, the vibrations of sound healing and reiki will wash over you.

Together creating a sonic landscape that guides you back to the stillness beneath the noise. A place where your inner echoes meet the wisdom of your own return.
