What to expect during a Family Yoga Session:
Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to prepare the body for yoga
Family-friendly yoga postures, encouraging families to participate together.
Fun yoga games and activities that engage the whole family.
Relaxation and mindfulness exercises.

Family Yoga
This rate covers BOTH one adult and one child. For additional adults/children from the same family, please purchase the 'Additional Adult/Child' tickets at an extra $10 per person. (Please only purchase the $10 'Additional Tickets' if you have already purchased the initial $27 ticket.) Pricing INCLUDES mat and prop hire, however, you are welcome to BYO if you prefer.
