Family Yoga Class

Whether you're a parent, child, or grandparent, you'll find harmony and laughter as you explore yoga poses and relaxation techniques as a family unit. Strengthen your bodies and relationships through the joy of family yoga, where mindfulness meets togetherness.

What to expect during a Family Yoga Session:

• Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to prepare the body for yoga
• Family-friendly yoga postures, encouraging families to participate together.
• Fun yoga games and activities that engage the whole family.
• Relaxation and mindfulness exercises.
• Lots of fun and laughter! 

Ticket pricing includes 1 adult and one child. Additional children/adult tickets can be purchased for $10 each if you are attending with a family member who has already purchased the initial full-rate ticket.

"I started my Yoga journey in 2017 after moving to Fiji with my husband and two daughters. Both became experiences that changed my life for the better! I fell in love with Yoga and decided to do my 200hr YTT. I completed my 200hr YTT in India through Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute. Being a mother of two daughters and an Early Childhood Educator I understand the importance of the early years and wanted to offer support through yoga and mindfulness practices.

In 2022 I completed 30hr Children's YTT and then a further 25hr Children's YTT and began the journey of teaching Yoga to children as young as 2yrs through to teens and families. As a Children's Yoga teacher I have the joy of guiding young minds on a journey of mindfulness, flexibility, and self-discovery. I help children develop not only physical strength but also emotional resilience. I am so privileged to witness the magic of children finding their balance, both on and off the mat, in a world that often feels like a whirlwind of energy and excitement."
