Join us on Friday, 8th March with Kimberley Davison for an evening of seasonal nourishment with an Autumnal Yin Yoga + Nidra session to restore an overall sense of vibrancy and vitality.

Let’s explore together a time that is all about taking in what we need and letting go of what is no longer needed. With the union of held postures & breath, yin yoga allows us to both stimulate and move Chi through the energy pathways of the body restoring a natural flow and balance from within.

A sequence designed to meet you where you’re at, release stagnation of the physical body and soothe the nervous system as we invoke the art of letting go, with focus around the lung and large intestine meridians. 

As we draw each breath into the lungs on inhalation and out on exhalation letting go of waste through the large intestines, we begin to gently stimulate these organs, allowing support for our respiratory system whilst also boosting our immunity stores for the cooler seasons.

This is your invitation to be nurtured and supported as we transition seasonally, guided through a soothing yin yoga sequence for both body, ending with a guided Yoga Nidra to leave you feeling held and rested.
