Cancellation Policy

EARLY CANCELLATIONS: To cancel or reschedule a class, please provide at least 3-hours notice by cancelling through our online booking system or app. Early cancellations within this timeframe will automatically return any class credits to you to use at another time within the original expiry date. LATE CANCELLATIONS: Classes cancelled with LESS than 3-hours notice are subject to our late-cancellation policy and will incur the loss of a class credit. For late cancellations, request that you contact us via text on M: 0432065059 to let us know if you can no longer make it so that we know whether to wait for you or make your space available to someone else. Multiple no-shows may result in the cancellation of your membership.
