I'm Kelly,

I'm a Senior Yoga Teacher & Dharma Coach.

I'm all about helping you to live your light and shine it out into the world, whether it's through the vehicle of a soulfully aligned business or the creation a yoga practice and lifestyle that nourishes your Being and allows you to embody your Highest Self.

That's what sets me alight and

feels like my highest purpose.

You could probably say I've been on this path my whole life. Growing up listening to Deepak Chopra on cassette tape on my way to primary school- I have my amazing mama to thank for setting me on this path.

I studied Philosophy of Mind, Meaning and Metaphysics at University and also did double major to explore my love of writing, which has helped me with my personal journaling practice and copywriting skills as a business owner and in the corporate world of Marketing and Communications.

I first started practising yoga as a teenager in the late 1990s and after completing University undertook my first teacher training on my travels in India. I have since studied with numerous world-renowned yogis from various traditions across the globe. I also founded and operated a successful yoga studio in Sydney for 6 years before moving to the Coast with my family and eventually making the decision to sell the business to focus more on my Dharma + Biz Coaching work.

My life at the moment is also about keeping it simple. I'm mama to three little ones and know well what it's like to have ambition and a burning desire to live my dreams but also the need to maintain a sense of balance for my own wellbeing and in order to fully show up and enjoy the precious time I have with my family.

I'm here to remind you that it isn't selfish to take time for yourself to build your own energy, to look within and embrace your passions and talents, and to follow the path of your dreams and share your unique light with the world. In fact, this is your Dharma- this is what you were born to do!

One of my fave quotes is from Marianne Williamson who says, "Your playing small does not serve the world... as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same."
